Contact and Feedback

Preserved support surfaces and the Amen service contract still required behind them.

Amen Forms includes public contact and signed-in feedback components, but there is not yet an Amen-owned support intake service behind them.

Delivery status

The interface must show that submission is unavailable. It must not store messages in browser storage, send them to a developer mailbox directly or create a product-local copy of user identity data.

Required service

The future support contract must accept:

optional authenticated userId and workspaceId derived from the caller;
reply email for an anonymous contact;
category, subject and message;
route and product metadata;
abuse-control evidence and delivery status.

It must provide public contact submission, authenticated feedback submission and a platform-admin queue. The full contract is recorded in MISSING-AMEN-SERVICES.md.
